Alternate (info only)

Alternate is a small narrative driven adventure game inspired by the likes of "Gone Home" and "What Remains of Edith Finch", using Dishonored 2' "A Crack in the Slab" reality-switching gameplay as it's main mechanic.

Alternate tells the story of D'aire, a young man with a life filled with tragedy. When the death of his father leads him to a strange mirror that allows him to travel to a reality where he lived a fulfilling and rich life, he sees the opportunity to start over. Follow his journey as he discovers the mystery behind this alternate reality, the mirror, and his very own life.  

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alternate is my main college project and is my first full proper game project working with a team. While I've done a bunch of other projects for myself (Check out Nightshade on my itch page!)  We are currently a team of four people. 

Alternate is built on Unreal Engine 5.3.2
